Originally hailed from Timmins, Ontario, I was the only girl in a family of seven, growing up in a two-bedroom house.
I learned to sing at house parties and was influenced by Kitty Wells, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, and Dolly Parton.
Singing was always a passion, but after a long break, my husband of 31 years encouraged me to return to the stage.
I guest with Dave Whalen and his Starlight Band, host karaoke, and perform at open mics and the Apple Country Jamboree.
